As a bactericide agent, chloroxylenol is used in disinfectant, antidandruff shampoo, antibacterial bar soap. It can also be used as an antiseptic or antifungal agent in glues, paints fibers, paper processing, cutting oils, leather processing, photographic products, polishes, and so on.
